Cory (the concrete artist) in his geeky saftey glasses
Cory is originally from Mankato, Minnesota and now lives in Marble Falls with his wife, Shelly, and their two kids. Cory was the one who used the phrases: "soup to nuts" and "dumpster diving". [For those of you who don't know, dumpster diving was a term that we used growing up in Minneapolis. It references the practice of going through the back alleys and looking for treasures that people had discarded by their trash dumpsters. One person's trash......]
Cory and Travis use a number of treasure-like things in their cement work. In our case, they set a 2007 penny and some spiral shells into the purple countertop and Cory etched our logo into the floor.
