Christy and her pup, Ginger, are staying with us for a few weeks until their new townhouse is ready. A few weeks ago, Christy's parents were in town from Atlanta and it became apparent that Dorothy (her mom) taught Christy all of her Greek cooking secrets. So..... today while the guys are outside working on the pool, Christy and John made spanakopita, dolmades and tzatziki. WOW
